NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 43, Folio 2493/22866, Volume B-13, File 1637, by our Client, Zeinab Ahmed Ogundiran, of P.O. Box 2620–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Zeinab Ahmed Mzee, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Zeinab Ahmed Mzee, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Zeinab Ahmed Ogundiran, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Zeinab Ahmed Ogundiran only.
