NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) of the Laws of Kenya to the owner(s) of Motor Vehicle Registration Number KCN 845Q - to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from Joseph Wamuturi Kigathi P. O. Box 426–00219, Karuri, situated at Platinum 2 Estate Karuri/ Banana- Kiambu County within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, upon payment of outstanding storage charges and other incidental costs including the cost of this publication, failure to which the said Motor vehicle shall be disposed off by way of sale by public auction without further reference and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all the outstanding debts and storage charges accrued thereon and other incidentals.
