NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap.38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners/custodian of the following motor cycles and motor vehicle lying at Obama Police Station to collect them within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of the cost of this publication, failure to which M/S Niki Auctioneers is authorized to sell them through public auction without any further reference to the owners. 1.
