NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 13(g) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, that the preparation of the above plan was on the 9th February, 2026, completed. The plan relates to land located along the Kenya-Uganda border. A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection at the Office of the National Director of Physical Planning Office at Ardhi House, the Lands, the County Executive Committee Member for Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development Office in Kitale, Trans Nzoia County, the Governor and the County Commissioner Trans Nzoia County, Kitale. The plan has also been deposited in the Regional Coordination Offices of Physical Planning, North Rift Office in Eldoret. 17th April, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE The copy so deposited is available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Office of the National Director of Physical Planning Office at Ardhi House, the Lands, the County Executive Committee Member for Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development Office in Kitale, Trans Nzoia County, the Governor and the County Commissioner Trans Nzoia County, Kitale. The plan has also been deposited in the Regional Coordination Offices of Physical Planning, North Rift Office in Eldoret, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
