THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mwanatumu Abdalla Mwaka and (2) Mwanahamisi Abdalla Salimu (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in Kwale County, known as Kwale/Msambweni “A”/1744, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court of Kenya at Msambweni in Succession Cause No. E354 of 2025, has vested the property to Sudi Ramadhani Ambari, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Mwanatumu Abdalla Mwaka and (2) Mwanahamisi Abdalla Salimu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Mwanatumu Abdalla Mwaka and (2) Mwanahamisi Abdalla Salimu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
