THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Athanasius Fernandes (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, each, situate in the Kajiado County, known as Kajiado/Kaputiei-North/32950/32935/32936/32934/32937, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. E2985 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Jennifer Philomena Fernandes and (2) Jenipet Yvonne Bridget Fernandes to be registered as administrators, and whereas the said land title deeds are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of new land title deeds and proceed with registration in favour of the said administrator, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Athanasius Fernandes (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
