THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muthusi Kiluli Ithau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the county of Machakos, known as Mwala/Mango/224, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Machakos in Succession Cause No. E164 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Mbai Kyulu Kiluli, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Muthusi Kiluli Ithau (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 to Mbai Kyulu Kiluli, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muthusi Kiluli Ithau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
