GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5717

WHEREAS Simon Mbogo Muriuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as Mbeti/Kiamuringa/2142, situate in the Sub-county of Mbeere, and whereas in the Pricipal Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. E130 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) David Kinyua Muriuki (ID/22463634) and (2) Njeri Irene Munyi (ID/11022988), and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in respect of the said parcel of land registered in the name of Simon Mbogo Muriuki (deceased), and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in the names of (1) David Kinyua Muriuki (ID/22463634) and (2) Njeri Irene Munyi (ID/11022988), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the Simon Mbogo Muriuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
