GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5715

WHEREAS Stephen Njuru Kingori (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Sipili/Donyoloip Block 2/891 (Mutukanio), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas in the Chief Magistrates’s Court at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 238 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Public Trustee, and whereas the said Public Trustee has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 19, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 19 in the name of Public Trustee, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Stephen Njuru Kingori (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
