THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joel Ngecha Kiige (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land, situate in district of Murang’a, known as Loc. 14/Kairo/T. 140, 541 and 572, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 339 of 2005, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Solomon Kiige Ngecha (ID/3437401) and (2) Milka Njoki Ngecha, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said R.L.A. 19 and R.L.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joel Ngecha Kiige (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
