REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jackton Amollo Odanga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Nyalunya/1628, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Winam in Succession Cause No. E41 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Elijah Otieno Omumbo and (2) Charles Obiero Amullo, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of Sarah Odaa Okumu (deceased) are lost, notice is given that 2034 2034 after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jackton Amollo Odanga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
