REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Chris Strangways-Dixon alias Christopher John Strangways Dixon, of 3 Bodrum Close Noorhoek , Cape Town, 7979, South Africa, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as portion No. 2736, situate in Malindi Municipality in Malindi District registered as L.T. 21, Folio 618/1, File 4905, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a provisional certificate of indenture provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, Dated the 17th April, 2026.
