WHEREAS Chris Strangways-Dixon alias Christopher John Strangways, Dixon, of 3 Bodrum Close Noorhoek, Cape Town, 7979, South Africa, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as portion No. 2735, situate in Malindi Municipality in Malindi District, registered as L.T. 21, Folio 617/1, File 4904, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided Dated the 17th April, 2026.
