REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Rajesh Pravin Dave, (2) Hitesh Pravin Dave and (3) Kiarie Ngacha Wanarua, as administrator of the estate of Pravinkumar Jaychandra Dave, of P.O. Box 22588–00505, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 15210, situate in Mavoko Municipality in the Machakos District, by virtue of title registered as IR. No. 60899, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed notice is given that after the expiry of the sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of Section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
