REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lucas Karobia Mucai (ID/1932110), of P.O. Box 24– 002200, Kimende in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 10.36 hectares or thereabout, known as Makutano/Kapsara Block 2/Turbo Munyaka/156, situate in the Trans Nzoia County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
