REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Waema Emanga, of P.O. Box 1, Ngwata in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land, situate in the county of Makueni, registered under title Nos. Makueni/Kambu/173, 218, 212 and 1202, by virtue of a certificate of titles, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of titles issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
