REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Marcarious Itugu Kanyoni (ID/21737505) and (2) David Murimi Mwai (ID/28500923), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.44 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Mwea/Tebere “B”/2346, situate in the County of Kirinyaga, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
