REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Modern Ventures Limited (Reg. No. C55146), of P.O. Box 27420–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0192, 0.0192, 0.0290 and 0.0184 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, known as Nairobi Block 160/232, 233, 244 and 245, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new certificates of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
