WHEREAS Jenald Developers Limited, is registered as proprietor of interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru Township/556, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease is missing and the efforts made to locate the said certificate of lease have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue another certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
