APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) of the Constitution as read with section 30 (2) (d), (e), section 31 (d) and section 35 of the County Governments Act, 2012 and upon approval by the County Assembly of Embu in its session held on the 24th June, 2025 and 10th December, 2025, respectively, I, Cecily Mutitu Mbarire, Governor, Embu County, appoints— Monica Mwikali Munyasya – Education John Mugo Kigoro Njagi – Water, Irrigation, Environment, Climate Change and Natural Resources to be the County Executive Committee Members responsible for dockets respectively indicated against their names. The appointment of Daniel Jeremy Ngeranwa and Florence Ndinda Musyoka is revoked with effect from the 18th July, 2025 and 16th December, 2025, respectively. Dated the 16th January, 2026.
