TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E359 OF 2025
By (1) James Magana Otieno and (2) Morris Ombima Otieno, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Magana, who died on 10th September, 1977.
CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2026
By Betha Adhiambo, of P.O. Box 166, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ombija Ajwang, who died on 9th October, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
