TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2026 By (1) Mary Aoko Ogalo and (2) Edward Ogalo Ogalo, both of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliakim Ogalo Omiti, who died at Koderobara Sub-location, on 15th November, 2017. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2026 By (1) Eliakim Onjwayo Ouma and (2) Rose Auma Odendi, both of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Ouma Omiti, who died at Koderobara Sub-location, on 23rd January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
