Box 226, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemoi arap Kipkosiom alias Kipkemboi arap Kipkosiom, who died at Irong Location, on 13th October, 1986. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2025 By Willy Kipngetich Kigen, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kipkoech Kigen, who died at Tumeiyo Sub-location, on 22nd September, 1985. CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2025 By (1) Michael Kipkemboi Kimetto, (2) Daniel Kiplimo Kimetto and (3) Philip Kipkemoi Kimetto, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Kibiwott Kimetto, who died at Kamwosor Sub-location, on 2nd February, 2014. CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2025 By Hosea Kimeli Rotich, of P.O. Box 48, Kaptarakwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rotich Kibwalei alias Rotich Kalei, who died at Kaptarakwa, on 16th August, 1986. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026 By (1) Michael Kiplagat Chesire and (2) Veronica Toroitich Kiprotich, both of P.O. Box 1, Chepkorion in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chesire Chepkewel Cherono, who died at Muskut Sub-location, on 10th March, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
