TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 10th April, 2026 CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026 By (1) John Mwangi Njuguna and (2) Mary Waruinu Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 266–20319, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephano Njuguna Mathu alias Njuguna Mathu, who died at Njabini, on 29th October, 1992. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026 By (1) Beatrice Wanjiru Thagichu and (2) Benedictus Kageni Thagichu, both of P.O. Box 1, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Thagichu Kori, who died at Githioro, on 11th July, 2025. E8 OF 2026 By Agustino Kinyanjui Mbugua, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Mbugua Kiringu, who died at Gathara, on 25th February, 2005. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026 By Esther Muthoni Kimani, of P.O. Box 326–20319, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Ngubu, who died on 9th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
