Box 352, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estates of (1) Kimisik arap Busienei alias Kimisik Busienei, (2) Kipleitich Misoi and (3) Kipseron Busienei alias William Kipseron Busienei, who died on (1) 17th December, 2010, (2) 17th March, 2003 and 23rd December, 1969, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
