TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2026
By Joel Odhiambo Pkoth, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okoth Kianga, who died at
Genga, on 21st November, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2026
By Felix Denish Okombo, of P.O. Box 28, Asumbi in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agat Arende, who died on 2nd June, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2026
By (1) Quinter Achieng Otieno and (2) Brian Odhiambo Otieno, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Otieno Otieno, who died on 5th March, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
