TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2026 By (1) Joseph Gichuhi Ngugi and (2) Evanson Ng’ang’a Ngugi, the deceased’s sons, both of P.O. Box 47–00614, Waginge in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Ngugi Nganga, who died on 13th January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2026 By Elizabeth Waceke Kamuyu, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Wanyee Kamuyu, who died on 26th March, 2026. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2026 By (1) Peter Mwangi Njenga, (2) Charles Mwaura Njenga and (3) Ruth Wanjiku Njenga, all of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njenga Kahura, who died on 31st May, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
