TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2025
By Laurence Kimutai Langat, of P.O. Box 124, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raeli
Chepkurgat Cheluget, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in
Kenya, on 15th January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By (1) Florence Chepngetich Kirui, (2) Lucy Chepkemoi Rop, (3)
Chepkirui Viola Cheruiyot and (4) Chebet Mercy, all of P.O. Box 744–
20214, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kipkoech Tonui, who died at Nganaset Location, on
2nd November, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
