NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 18th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 704, in Volume D1, Folio 88/990, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Philimon Keempua Lemalon, of P.O. Box 24, Kajiado in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lekamunjai ole Simba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Lekamunjai ole Simba and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the Philimon Keempua Lemalon, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Philimon Keempua Lemalon only.
