Box 14155–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jiran Sol Amir Omae Porter, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jiran Sol Amir Omae Porter and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jiran Sol Amir Omae, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jiran Sol Amir Omae only.
