REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rispa Atieno Ojwang (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kamagambo/Kabuoro/843, situate in the county of Migori, and whereas in the Environmental and Land Court at Migori in land Case No. ELC/779 of 2017, has issued a decree ordering that the applicant Margaret Ochola Otieno, having acquired adverse possession of the whole parcel of land No. Kamagambo/Kabuoro/843, having been in uninterrupted occupation and/or possession the said parcel for over twelve (12) years and that this since 1958, an order has been issued that the whole parcel No. Kamagambo/Kabuoro/843, measuring 2.6 hectares or thereabout, be registered in the names of Margaret Ochola Otieno, hence the title deed issued to Rispa Atieno Ojwang from the land parcel No. Kamagambo/Kabuoro/843, if not surrendered within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication to allow transfer of the same to Margaret Ochola Otieno will be deemed as null and void and of no effect.
