THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Onzeri Mayodi alias David Onzere Mayodi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.3 hectares or thereabout, known as Tiriki/Gisambai/1614, situate in the Sub-county of Hamisi, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Hamisi in Succession Cause No. E174 of 2025, has issued letters of administration in favour of Pamela Kagona Onzere, and whereas the said Pamela Kagona Onzere has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Pamela Kagona Onzere, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to David Onzeri Mayodi alias David Onzere Mayodi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
