THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Waiti Masinde Kisiangani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Ndivisi/Makuselwa/4643, situate in the county of Bungoma, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Bungoma in Succession Cause No. 348 of 2014 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Petronilla Nafuna Wasike, (2) Maurice Simiyu Masinde and (3) Antonina N. Masinde, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is missing/lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Waiti Masinde Kisiangani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
