GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5190

WHEREAS Ruth Mukonyo Murevu (deceased) is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as Mbeere/Wachoro/1513, situated in the Sub-County of Mbeere, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. E59 of 2023 has issued grant of a letter of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Joseph Makau Mulevu (ID/39511203), whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in respect of the said parcel of land registered in the name of Ruth Mukonyo Murevu (deceased) and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in the names of Joseph Makau Mulevu (ID/39511203), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earher to the said Ruth Mukonyo Murevu (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
