GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5184

WHEREAS Mbare s/o Weru alias Mbare Weru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.6 acres or thereabout, situate in district of Nyeri, known as Kirimukuyu/Kiria/453, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. 392 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Joseph Migwe Ndirangu, as the administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Joseph Migwe Ndirangu, (2) John Kinyua Luka Gakabu and (3) Catherine Gathoni Mania, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Mbare s/o Weru alias Mbare Weru (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said (Joseph Migwe Ndirangu, as the administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Joseph Migwe Ndirangu, (2) John Kinyua Luka Gakabu and (3) Catherine Gathoni Mania,, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Mbare s/o Weru alias Mbare Weru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
