THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Isaac Muriu Wairia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Juja/Juja Block 1/239, situate in the county of Kiambu, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. 292 of 2010, directing the name of Isaac Muriu Wairia (deceased) be cancelled and replaced with that of Jane Wambui Mureu, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Isaac Muriu Wairia (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Isaac Muriu Wairia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
