THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Ndungu Kamere (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.083 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Githunguri/Githunguri/3330, and whereas as the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kiambu in Succession Cause No. 106 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Peninah Njeri Kiunge and (2) Francis Ngugi Wacheke, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the Paul Ndungu Kamere (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 19 and L.R.A. 7 and issue land title deed to (1) Peninah Njeri Kiunge and (2) Francis Ngugi Wacheke, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Paul Ndungu Kamere (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
