REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Grace Njoki Wainaina alias Grace Njoki Thuku (ID/5153634), of P.O. Box 3177, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2040 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Makuyu/Makuyu/Block 2/432, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
