THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kinuthia Gichiri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gatundu, registered under title No. Kiganjo/Kiamwangi/T. 73, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost or misplaced at Gatundu Land Registry, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open second edition of the land registers, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
