THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Robert John Hellier, of P.O. Box 9527–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.15 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Kilifi, registered under title No. Gede/Dabaso/909, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
