REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimeu Mulwa, of P.O. Box 1–90300, Matiliku in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor all those pieces of land situate in the county of Makueni, registered under title Nos. Nzaui/Kawala/749 and 137, by virtue of certificate of titles, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the said certificate of titles issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
