THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Fredrick Nyarang’o Rasugu, (2) Jacqueline Kwamboka Rasugu and (3) Gerald Ndemo Rasugu, the administrators to the estate of Catherine Sarange Rasugu (deceased), are registered proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.0550 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 82/394, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
