IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by the provisions of the sections 30, 31, 58, 58A of the County Governments Act, and all other enabling provisions of laws, I, Mohamed Adan Khalif, Governor, Mandera County, appoint— Aden Issak Dika, Hussein Hassan Derow, Mohamed Abass Ismail, Abdia Issak Mahamed, Hussein Madey Adhaan, to be Members of Mandera County Public Service Board, for a period of six (6) years, with effect from the date of this notice.
