NOTICE is given to all Members of the County Assembly of Nairobi City and the general public that, pursuant to the provisions of Article 189 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, section 6 (5) and (6) of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, 2011 and Standing Order 25 (2) as read together with Standing Orders 28 (1) and 28 (2) of County Assembly of Nairobi City Standing Orders, His Excellency Hon. William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, shall address a sitting of the County Assembly on Thursday, 9th April, 2026, at 2.30 p.m., in the County Assembly Chamber, City Hall Building, Nairobi.
