NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 291, in Volume B-13, Folio 2491/22847, File No. 1637, by our client, Mohamed Salim Taib (guardian), on behalf of Omar Mohamed Salim Ahmed Taib Bajaber (minor), formerly known as Omar Mohamed Salim Taib, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Omar Mohamed Salim Taib, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Omar Mohamed Salim Ahmed Taib Bajaber, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Omar Mohamed Salim Ahmed Taib Bajaber only.
