NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 290, in Volume B-13, Folio 2491/22846, File No. 1637, by our client, Mohamed Salim Taib (guardian), on behalf of Salim Mohamed Salim Ahmed Taib Bajaber (minor), formerly known as Salim Mohamed Salim Taib, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Salim Mohamed Salim Taib, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Salim Mohamed Salim Ahmed Taib Bajaber, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Salim Mohamed Salim Ahmed Taib Bajaber only.
