NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 121, Volume B-13, Folio 22670/2475, File No. 1637, by our client, Luswetu Solomom Busolo, of P.O. Box 3437–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Luswety Solomom Busolo alias Sikuku S. Peter, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Luswety Solomom Busolo alias Sikuku S. Peter and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Luswetu Solomom Busolo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Luswetu Solomom Busolo only.
