APPOINTMENT
PURSUANT to sections 2, 26 and 27 of the Mental Health Act and the regulation thereof. Take notice that this Court in Miscellaneous
Application No. E301 of 2025, appointed Constance Nzisa Kitua, as manager and legal guardian of the estate and all affairs of Lawrence
Kitua Ndaka.
The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
