REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Moses Muigai Mwaura (ID/23570661), is registered as proprietor of all that property known as
Githunguri/Githunguri/5312, situate in the Kiambu County, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas it has been established that the parcel of land is registered in favour of Florence Wanjiru Ndungi
(ID/13298714) and title deed issued, notice is given for the surrender of the title deed registered in favour of Moses Muigai Mwaura
(ID/23570661) that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, the said title deed will stand cancelled and of no effect
