THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Roman Mwambingu Mwamburi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land, containing 3.40 and 0.40 hectares or thereabout, situate in the Taita/Taveta County, known as Chawia/Kidaya/Ngerenyi/1076 and 1077, respectively, and whereas in the Senior Magistrate’s Court at Wundanyi in Succession Cause No. E10 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Joseph Mwamburi Mwambingu and (2) Esmily Sau Mwambingu, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Roman Mwambingu Mwamburi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Roman Mwambingu Mwamburi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
